1. Provide value to our customers

First and foremost it is always our intention and purpose to provide exceptional value for money to our customers. Doing this involves keeping overheads low, maximising the potential of our resources and investing in the infrastructure that will allow us to control our costs in the long term. We must strive to always beat our rivals at every price point and reward our customers for their loyalty, as well as to ensure we can trade with our partners in their preferred currencies.

2. Ensure exceptional reliability

Knowing the status of our services is essential, which is why we have always invested heavily in automatic monitoring systems that alert our staff immediately when problems occur and, by intelligently monitoring message queues and delays, sometimes before. We must continue to demand the highest levels of monitoring on our systems and ensure failover solutions are in place in order to provide the customer with a seamless user experience.

3. Offer superior products and services

It is not enough to simply offer a range of solutions that are on a par with those offered by our competitors. Our aim is to always offer something better, if not unique, and we do this by listening to our clients and responding to their individual, specific needs. Fast, efficient software and carefully thought out user interfaces also builds in value by saving our clients’ valuable time. We believe that by doing these things we can ensure excellent levels of customer growth and retention.

4. Support the community

Responsible local employment strategies, donations to charities and the sponsorship of local projects and activities gives us the confidence that we are not only helping our customers do better but also helping the wider community do better as well. 5. Minimise our carbon footprint

Preserving the environment is one of the best ways that we can serve our children. We must pass on to them a clean and unpolluted world, but to do this we must take responsibility for our actions now. CardBoardFish is dedicated to reducing our carbon emissions both now and in the future, operating a paperless office policy with all invoicing and payment done electronically as far as possible. Recycling, energy conservation and the safe disposal of equipment are standard practice and we will encourage our partners and competitors to follow our lead.
